MY DIET FOR BREAKFAST: MILK WITH NESQUIK TOAST WITH JAM FORSNACK IN THE HIGH SCHOOL: SANDWHICH OF SALAMI FOR LUNCH: STEAK OF BEEF AND FRIES HALF A LITRE OF WATER BANANA FOR SNACK: COOKIES WITH MILK FOR DINNER: NUGGETS OF CHICKEN 2. FOR THE BREAKFAST I NEED FOR EXAMPLE A NATURAL JUICE INSTEAD OF MILK WITH NESQUIK OR EAT A PIECE OF FRUIT. FOR THE SNACK I NEAD TO GO A PIECE OF FRUIT . FOR LUNCH I NEED TO EAT LEGUMES OR VEGETABLES BECAUSE EAT CARBOHYDRATES OR EAT PASTA BUT THE STEEK OF BEEF THERE AREN´T BAD FOR SNACK, EATING A PIECE OF FRUIT INSTEAD OF COOKIES FOR DINNER I MUSN´T EAT SATURATED FAT AND EAT MORE VEGETABLES IN GENERAL I DON´T EAT BADLY BUT I NEED DRINK MORE WATER AND EAT MORE CARBOHYDRATES AND PROTEINES.
