YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT

1. MY DIET

 FOR BREAKFAST:
  1. MILK WITH NESQUIK
  2. TOAST WITH JAM 
 FORSNACK IN THE HIGH SCHOOL:
  1. SANDWHICH OF SALAMI
 FOR LUNCH:
  1. STEAK OF BEEF AND FRIES
  2. HALF A LITRE OF WATER
  3. BANANA
FOR SNACK:
  1. COOKIES WITH MILK
FOR DINNER:
  1. NUGGETS OF CHICKEN

  1. FOR THE BREAKFAST I NEED FOR EXAMPLE A NATURAL JUICE INSTEAD OF MILK WITH NESQUIK OR EAT A PIECE OF FRUIT.
  2. FOR THE SNACK I NEAD TO GO A PIECE OF FRUIT .
  3. FOR LUNCH  I NEED TO EAT LEGUMES OR VEGETABLES BECAUSE EAT CARBOHYDRATES OR EAT PASTA BUT THE STEEK OF BEEF THERE AREN´T BAD
  4. FOR SNACK, EATING A PIECE OF FRUIT INSTEAD OF COOKIES
  5. FOR DINNER I MUSN´T EAT SATURATED FAT AND EAT MORE VEGETABLES
IN GENERAL I DON´T EAT BADLY BUT I NEED DRINK MORE WATER AND EAT MORE CARBOHYDRATES AND PROTEINES.

    In general I agree with you that you should eat more fruit, vegetables and legumes instead of fried and also you should increase the intake of protein and carbohydrates. What foods would you eat to increase protein and carbohydrates in a healthy way?

    On the other hand, I think meat steak can become healthy depending on the type of meat you eat. What types of meat are healthier?

  2. To increase protein and carbohydrates you can eat fish, meet, eggs and pasta.
    you can eat red mmet ,buffalo meet, pork and chicken.
