YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT

1 . MY DIET  FOR BREAKFAST: MILK WITH NESQUIK TOAST WITH JAM   FORSNACK IN THE HIGH SCHOOL: SANDWHICH OF SALAMI  FOR LUNCH: STEAK OF BEEF AND FRIES HALF A LITRE OF WATER BANANA FOR SNACK: COOKIES WITH MILK FOR DINNER: NUGGETS OF CHICKEN 2. FOR THE BREAKFAST I NEED FOR EXAMPLE A NATURAL JUICE INSTEAD OF MILK WITH NESQUIK OR EAT A PIECE OF FRUIT. FOR THE SNACK I NEAD TO GO A PIECE OF FRUIT . FOR LUNCH  I NEED TO EAT LEGUMES OR VEGETABLES BECAUSE EAT CARBOHYDRATES OR EAT PASTA BUT THE STEEK OF BEEF THERE AREN´T BAD FOR SNACK, EATING A PIECE OF FRUIT INSTEAD OF COOKIES FOR DINNER I MUSN´T EAT SATURATED FAT AND EAT MORE VEGETABLES IN GENERAL I DON´T EAT BADLY BUT I NEED DRINK MORE WATER AND EAT MORE CARBOHYDRATES AND PROTEINES.

1.-What can I do that I couldn't do before? Nothing. 2.-What I do like most? I like the recorder. 3.-What do I do well? I do well the recorder and the exam. 4.-What am I confused about? I didn´t confunse in nothing. 5.-What do I need help with? I need help with the pronunciation. 6.-What do I do in English and /or music outside the class? I watch films and series in English. 7.-What do I need to improve? Nothing. 8.-What did I learn about culture? I learn about Bob Dylan and the music in the 60.
